Fees
Eternal Doctors is a boutique general practice providing high quality, cost effective medical services.
All fees must be paid in full at the time of consultation. Eternal Doctors is not a bulk billing clinic. We accept cash, EFTPOS and credit card.
Discount rates apply for children under 5
To ensure adequate time for comprehensive care we operate by appointment only. We do not offer walk-in appointments. Please note that medical emergencies and sick children are always given priority. Our doctors spend as much time as necessary with every patient so sometimes there are delays. You can help us by making a longer appointment for complex or multiple problems.

All Saturday appointments with our doctors incur full consultation fee (no discount rates apply).
Our fees are based on the duration of your appointment and the complexity of the issues covered. Further information on billings can be provided by reception staff on request.
For further clarity, we have included your out of pocket expenses (if you have a valid medicare card).
Chronic Disease Management plans and Childhood Vaccinations with our nurse clinic may be bulk billed – please see details under GP Services or contact reception for further information.
Specialist procedures (e.g. skin cancer removal/biopsy, Implanon insertion/removal, iron infusion) will attract a procedure fee in addition to your consultation – please see your GP or contact reception for further information. Additional fees may also be incurred for dressings and certain vaccinations.

Cancellation policy
Please provide 48 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment with your doctor as this allows other patients to access the appointment slot. Any cancellations or changes within 24 hours attract a cancellation fee of $105. All cancellation fees must be paid at your next appointment.
